WELL-BEING

Two Minutes Counts

Movement does not need to become a full workout before it is worth doing.

A smaller starting line

Two minutes feels possible on days when thirty minutes does not. Stand up during a television break, walk to another room, roll your shoulders gently or take a short turn outside.

Attach it to something you already do

Move after your morning drink, before lunch, when a favourite program ends or after a phone call. The existing routine becomes the reminder.

Keep it comfortable

Use a stable chair or counter if balance is uncertain. Choose movements that feel easy and controlled. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or unusual shortness of breath.

Let two minutes be enough

Some days you may continue. Other days you may stop after two minutes. Both count. The useful habit is returning, not proving anything.
